Implement lesson copying/duplication feature

Here's how it should work:

There should be two buttons associated with a class: `New Lesson` and `New Lesson From Existing`.

`New Lesson From Existing` should look back at the classes a logged in user is a teacher of, and draw its lesson pool from there. For MVP work, this should just be a dropdown, but we can implement an autocompleting field later on.
