[Bug] Reset connection state to the same state after changing configuration

**Describe the bug**
Currently, if you change configuration, like change the campaign ID, The Tiltify integration automatically connects. 

**Expected behavior**
If it started disconnected, it should stay disconnected. If it was connected, it should reconnect.
