Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There's no way to make a custom overlay appear in firebot.
In particular, for donations that may have several rewards, donation matches, etc, it would be complicated for the user to make one themselves
Describe the solution you'd like
1 or several effects that takes a custom graphical asset and provides facilities to add texts/graphics to celebrate the donation event and/or milestone event
