[BUG] No resync when adding new pages / deleting existing ones

What happened?

When you start a new document, it directly syncs via "Sync documents PDFs" just fine. But when you then scan new pages, add them from a file or delete pages, the document doesn't resync.

Is this intentional? The only way to force sync one single document is to change something else, like the name, image properties or crop selection. But if that's not what you wanted to do, you have to revert those changes again just to make the document resync.

So if it is intentional, there should be a way to force sync one single document, because resyncing all documents for one wastes time and system resources.

I guess this is directly related to the changes that were made for #549 to be fixed.

@farfromrefug Should I make a separate feature request out of this part? I think it's also useful for testing the app as rerunning all documents really takes time.
