Missing strings from Weblate

Please add missing strings to Weblate.

some of what is missing is:

Create backup, Restore backup and their descriptions etc. Shouldn't all of https://github.com/Akylas/OSS-DocumentScanner/blob/ecbb46cf4c77ef8e96febfe58b98ba352c215e42/app/i18n/en.json be on Weblate?

@jermanuts i am sorry there is an issue with weblate. Until it is fixed some strings are not appearing on weblate. Will let you know
