Login issue when credentials are saved

Describe the bug
In the UniversityGuide Home page.When a user clicks onto the login button and the userid along with password are pre saved the login button is not responding and providing the access to the user

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to UniversityGuide Home Page
2. Click on Login Button
3. a window will appear for the login credentials
4. if the credentials are already saved then the login button is not responding

Expected behavior
if the credentials are already saved then the login button should respond and provide access to the user account
