.pyc files cause crash with repetitive calls

Another issue. When the final bundle is called several times within the same directory (i.e. with a BAT file), loading of modules fails with message "ImportError: invalid flags 1730942170 in 'src'".

But if I add some code to delete all .pyc files between python calls everything starts to work fine.

Actually I submitted a PR. This was rather unintentional. It includes code updates that I have in my forked version, addressing both issues #10 and #11.

So, as an update,

In my fork, I am now removing .pyc files in __del__ method of the importer, it looks much better than just deleting all .pyc in the folder no matter who created it.

As a reminder, deleting .pyc files is necessary - otherwise it causes "bad magic number" error.

And here we have a good question, do we have to save these .pyc files at all?
