Problems with Install

It is the First time for me to work with This Kind of lamps and App, so sorry for my questions. My Problem is, that i Changed the wlan for the stripe to my "Home" wlan!
Now, the WLED-AP is no longer available as wifi. But, when i discover for the stripes in the App, the System didnt find it?!?
