Pin headers on pos files

I'm looking to order new modules through JLPCB and was running into some issues uploading the CPL files for the ADS1293
and communication module.
It turns out the issue was due to the positions being in inches instead of millimeters. Additionally, the header pins are not in the files and I would prefer to have them there so they could be assembled as well.
I was wondering about how you ordered your modules and whether you have any advice or extra files that could help. Thanks in advance for your help!

Update: I found the correctly formatted BOM/CPL in the jlpcb/production directory. Sorry for the confusion in the original post. However, I did notice that the CPL for a single ADS1293 is empty. Could you update this when you get a chance?
