Couldn't get views

Hi, I just got my MiniCam recently. But, when I connect my minicam to computer with MiniDAQ, it only lights on red. The computer configuration is quite normal-WIN10, USB 3.0. It couldn't receive any frames/views.
It is our first time using the camera. We need some advice and explanation. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I just recieved a couple MiniCams for our lab too and had the same issue. Just kept disconnecting and reconnecting. I got it to work by changing the "deviceType" from "WebCam" to "Minicam-Mono-XGA" within the configfile (under devices->cameras->deviceType). Could you try that?
