[FEATURE] Show more descriptive error messages to end users

Currently we have static Error for user to see on slackbot

SOLUTION
We can have dynamic error for a user to see the actual problem weather it is from sherpa or from their question like not providing enough info and so on

@saminegash please add more details here to clarify this item. I don't understand "static error" -- do you mean an exception? And what do you mean by "dynamic error"?
