Link to Google Play fails, and current "Split APK Installer" doesn’t seem to be the same one

Click the Google Play link on README, and it leads to a not found. 

Search “SAI” or “Split APK Installer” on Google Play also seems to lead to another one of the same name, and I’m doubting its authenticity and safety.
