On the PF2e system, when the party token is dragged from the actor tab onto the map, often times right away but not always, the party token will become harder and harder to select. Eventually some of the other tokens become harder or impossible to select with a left click of the mouse (often times being able to select an area you can still select the token).
This stops when the Mass Edit module is disabled.
