[Feature Request] Set Log Level globally for a single Twitchery instance #14
Description
Current Implementation: Loggers are created without reference to the Twitchery Instance and the minimum log level cannot be changed.
Expected Implementation: All Loggers should get the target log level from the Twitchery instance they're running in.
