The docs in manual is different from the version of interface-designer ¿..? #2

Hi @cvetan5,
I clone the repo and i run the app (branch master and tags 5.1.3) in different servers (I follow all the step in the Readme file, no errors appear in the browser tool for programmers), but the Users and programmers manual (http://interface-designer.readthedocs.org/en/latest/user_programmers/index.html) have screenshot with an interface that is different.
I can find some parts or elements in the interface, for example, in the topbar I can't see the options to Rotate, Translate or Scale.
How can I run interface-designer with the interface that appears in the screenshots ?? What version of fiware-inteface-designer corresponds to the screenshots?
