We are rebuilding all docs of the docs.addressforall.org ecosystem, and going back to this project, Specifications

1. Felipe is reviewing webdesign (CSS and templates) of docs
2. Peter is reviewing content and structure of drafts
3. Peter and Team deciding what must to move or remove, for exemple from WS/docs.
4. Team is going back to specifications
5. Opening specifications to other teams and collaboration, like the Batista's specs for Colombian API.
