These issues were noted by a developer who is currently trying to work with the proposals example. If you can, try taking a deeper look and seeing what you can do there.

Best option would be to either fix the compiler issues or fix the proposal contract.

Returning global variable give "wrong index for variant" if using a num

There cant be white space underneath the contract keyword, gives error "Expecting an operand"

The keyword "Class" is an invalid token

mappings give error "Expecting an operand"
