Script hangs on "Rebooting the remote device!"

Some remote devices may hang the SSH session indefinitely when rebooting. Tested on a CM4 running Raspbian bullseye

Steps to reproduce:

• Reach "Rebooting the remote device!"

Expected outcome:

• "Waiting to reconnect..." should display next

Actual outcome:

• Execution is frozen until CTRL-C is hit
