Get cards button not visible

Using Firefox, latest version. No button appears to start the queue. Maybe because of the steam redesign?

The script does not work in GreaseMonkey, I am not sure why but it seems some features have been depreciated. It does work on TamperMonkey on Firefox so you can use that.
