OpenAPI.zip files from A4L NA specification page does not compile with OpenAPI Generators and GitHub SpecGen_input_common repo does not provide a working process #5

Please Provide a Top to Bottom How-to that explains

  1. What the different Spec Files available are used for : Strict? LAX? why would I use the Includes over the No_Includes file ?
  2. Converting the Spec file into OpenAPI YAML files.
    Please Touch on:
  • It seems the XSLT files in this repository are used to accompllish this but there are no Windows or Unix command line examples provided in the readme.md that actually show how to do that. the files themselves are XML so they are not directly executable in any environment I know of, even though the languge of the readme.md treats the xslt files as the executing program. Where I suspect there is perhaps a utility named "SpecGen" that is the executing engine to drive the tranformation.
  • searching for a SpecGen utility yields some results however at this time the Top results and AI assistants do not yield any executables that would take as a paramter the templates available  in this repository.
  • Looking for XSLT transform utilities yeilds engines like Saxon-HE . Attempts to use the transform tools with the spec and xsl files availble here yeild poor results.

My goal is to use the latest specification available from A4L/SIF Association to run through the OpenAPI CodeGen tools to produce SDKs/ Rest Clients and Testing resources suitable to my environments.

I believe I understand all of the manual work needed to manipulate the template files so they will be properly included, but for the sake of this top to bottom how-to step by step of this process would be nice.
