Split kontinuous-secrets into multiple secrets

Moving S3 credentials out to a seperate secret allows more flexibility (especially when switching out JWT for oAuth2 implementations)

I wouldn't mind bumping this up. I'm testing out building Helm Charts the seperate secrets are much easier to configure with values.
