🚀 Feature Request: Add Navigation Bar to Register Page in Events Section

📌 Description

The navigation bar is missing from the Register Page and the Events Section. To enhance user experience and ensure smooth navigation across the website, we need to add the nav-bar to these sections.

🎯 Expected Outcome

• Users should be able to navigate to different sections of the website from the Register Page and Events Section.
• The navigation bar should be consistent with other pages in terms of design and functionality.

Please assign me this .....I will do it for enhancement of website!
