Insertion in KDTree doesn't throw KeyDuplicateException #6
Description
When multiple elements are added with the same key, no exception is thrown. KDNode.ins verify equality of new and current node keys but if an element already exists, no other action is executed. Because of this, the actual count of element doesn't match anymore the real number of elements after such an insertion
