[libretro] Support Device Type in Generic Keyboard #200

Hello Azo. Glad to see your new update in 2026 !
Could you support device type in Generic Keyboard like dosbox in libretro core ?
I also know there is feature to make Joypad to keypad. But I always end up to fail handling game through joypad completely.
