Choice Manifests

From the SOW: We will update AVAnnotate’s manifest ingestion process to include a choice element. As discussed, we will use the first item that is in a format that the AVAnnotate player accepts. AVAnnotate users will not be able to select a specific file from a choice manifest. The manifests that AVAnnotate produces will remain unchanged.
