XSS Examples

I'm a Software Vulnerabilities Researcher at Cairo University and I'm looking for some PHP examples for XSS to extract patterns and use them in my research.
I found your project, it has some examples but I need some description for it please.
Also I need more examples for XSS in PHP please if you have.
Please I need your help.
