Description
The suggested download link (https://developer.qualcomm.com/download/hexagon/qualcomm_hexagon_sdk_lnx_3_0_eval.bin) for the file qualcomm_hexagon_sdk_lnx_3_0_eval.bin is not working.
However, this file can be downloaded with the old link from the PX4 devguide https://developer.qualcomm.com/download/hexagon/hexagon-sdk-v3-linux.bin
