Train a neural network for Abdomen stripe pattern classification

Using the data from ASU-CS-Research/AppMAIS#256 we'd like to have a neural network trained that is able to output guesses for stripe patterns based on the classifications we found. Although this process doesn't necessarily have to do with the actual bee_pytorch_learning code itself, there should absolutely be support for some of the needed training improvements. As such, this issue will record the progress of the neural network as well as discuss the addition of certain elements (that will each get their own issue as well).

#7 will be helpful here, and we'd also like to preprocess all the information from the images using the preprocessing algorithm we created over the year that is able to label where stripes are with some good accuracy, featured in ASU-CS-Research/BeeVisual.

The first step, however, is to go through the labelings created by the team in ASU-CS-Research/AppMAIS#256 (thanks again guys if you're reading this) and make sure that all the labels are correct / find whether a new classification of bee abdomens needs to be created.

Adding that Bryce's assigned abdomens were cleared yesterday and I am currently going through thayer's assigned abdomens.
