Audio Player View issues

1. Server returns no mime type and urls do no have an extension. So AVPlayer won't play downloaded files.
2. Description needs to be replaced by icon in Audio Player, need to combine with ARLNarratorItemViewController to prevent duplicating collection code.
3. Collecting items need to be added in the audio player (like the ARLGeneralItemViewController).
