Cray 16.0.1 Fortran compiler

If the cce module is loaded rather than the whole cpe, the Cray 16.0.1 Fortran compiler does not work well, generating the following error:

/opt/cray/pe/cce/16.0.1/binutils/x86_64/x86_64-pc-linux-gnu/bin/ld: cannot find -ltcmalloc_minimal: No such file or directory

There was a change from tcmalloc so a guess may be that the older cpe module is providing different options for the compilation.
