DART 3 - In Review and Run at job completion, have a link to 'View Artefacts'

The new logging in Artefacts is great, including the save to clipboard option. However, it would be great if in the review and run page when the job has completed, there was a link to see the artefacts so it's easy to see and more visible to users? See #560 about potentially changing the name of artefacts.

Thanks. I'll see what I can do and will update this ticket when I have more info.

This is fixed and will be in the next release. DART now says "View Logs, Manifests & Tag Files" instead of Artifacts.
