Add AUR (Arch User Repository) support for Arch Linux builds

Description

Pictopy currently supports Linux distribution via AppImage, which works well. However, since Tauri also supports AUR packaging, adding official AUR support would be a valuable improvement.

AUR is widely used across Arch-based distributions and is often easier for users to install and keep updated compared to AppImage. Providing an AUR package would significantly improve accessibility and user experience for Linux users.

Expected Benefits

• Wider Linux adoption (Arch, Manjaro, EndeavourOS, etc.)
• Easier installation and update process
• Aligns with Tauri’s supported Linux distribution options
