Feat: Delete button and select delete

Describe the feature

Currently the window has no deleted button or select button to deleted multiple images at a time.

Proposed changes

• Add a select button on bottom right side of each image
• After selecting one or more images a window will be shown where user can hit deleted to delete all these photos

Additional benefits

• We can add more functions that run on a collection of images in the same window as delete

I’d like to work on this issue. I have experience with frontend UI enhancements and handling multi-selection actions.

Approach:

• Add a selectable checkbox/icon on each image card for multi-selection
• Maintain selected image IDs in state
• Show a bottom/top action bar once one or more images are selected
• Implement a confirmation dialog before deleting selected images
• Trigger a single bulk delete action for better UX

I’m interested in contributing to this issue. I enjoy working on UI/UX improvements and have hands-on experience building interactive frontend features.

How I plan to approach this:

• Introduce a lightweight selection control on each image card for multi-select support
• Manage selected items through state to keep the implementation clean and maintainable
• Reveal a contextual action panel only when images are selected to avoid UI clutter
• Add a safe delete flow with a user confirmation step
• Handle deletion in bulk so the experience remains smooth and consistent

To support review and clarity:

• I will attach before/after screenshots
• I will include a simple visual flow diagram explaining the user journey

The implementation will be designed so additional bulk actions can be added later if needed.
