Feat: Add celebrity tagging and search in clusters

Describe the feature

We can implement celebrity search, i.e we will hardcode the face encodings of celebrities (i have them all encodings ready) and compare all of them with the face encoding in the image in a cluster. This way we will be able to tag celebrities by their name.

The user will get a popup suggestion of celebrity name for the name of the cluster with celebrity, it will his/her choice whether to accept it or not.
