Sentry bullet hit effect defies any logic

When the Sentry enemy bullet contact a wall, it creates a hit effect at the wrong location.

Removing the boolean is_enemy_bullet is the source of this issue: 0b8ada9#diff-0baa7df39334508b7ba35006a3c749f26631a9801900b100dfda2a68c17347edL44

If the variable instant_fizzle is set to true on the hairball projectile, this issue goes away. But I'm not sure if that variable should be used for a fix like this 😅

From what I can see, all bullets do some raycasting shenanigans to see where the fizzle particle should be placed, and we don't want this to happen to the enemy bullets

The issue is not yet completely resolved, it does work at a certain degree but it still happens. Also, the enemy appear to have some kind of error everytime it shoot the bullet:
