script.sh     Perform all steps to provision a Spectrum Scale cluster

              script.sh executes the following scripts:

script-01.sh  Check that Spectrum Scale self-extracting install package exists
script-02.sh  Extract Spectrum Scale RPMs
script-03.sh  Setup management node (m1) as Spectrum Scale Install Node
script-04.sh  Specify Spectrum Scale Cluster
script-05.sh  Install Spectrum Scale and create a Spectrum Scale cluster
script-06.sh  Create Spectrum Scale filesystems
script-07.sh  Tune sensors for demo environment
