Should we provide download links to parameter and script files in the tutorials or no?

I have gone through and edited all of the Monte Carlo tutorials to refer to "creating" files like parm1a using the parameters provided on the page instead of downloading them through a link, as no download links are provided on the website. However, I then checked the exact diagonalization tutorials and noticed that they did have downloadable files. For consistency's sake we should probably pick one way of distributing the parameter files and tutorial scripts, so which one should it be?
