Publish to F-Droid or IzzyOnDroid

Are you open to having this application published to [F-Droid](https://f-droid.org) or [IzzyOnDroid](https://apt.izzysoft.de/fdroid/index/info)?

I'm happy to contribute metadata + other things in [the fdroid guide](https://f-droid.org/en/docs/Submitting_to_F-Droid_Quick_Start_Guide/) - just want to check first if you're okay with this idea.
