Can't use as is as dependency issues exist and a potential bug with KCP
An error occurred while resolving packages: Project has invalid dependencies: com.sitterheim.unityresolutiondialog: Error when executing git command. fatal: not in a git directory
Assets\External Assets\Mirror\Runtime\Transport\KCP\kcp2k\highlevel\KcpConnection.cs(178,13): error CS0177: The out parameter 'message' must be assigned to before control leaves the current method

a small patch to fix dependency issues and warnings
Describe alternatives you've considered
deleting the whole internals and remaking it from scratch

I have no idea how to get started with any of this
server setup. pvp, pve, etc
