Misspelled Link for DBSCAN in Docs

Hello there, 
When reading the README.md I discovered that the assigned links to DBSCAN-documentation are misspelled. 
They are:
`https://https://scikit-learn.org/stable/modules/generated/sklearn.cluster.DBSCAN.html`

This link causes an Error for not being able to find the site requested. 

Could you get rid of the first https:// in the docs?
