Networking Service (Neutron) Automation

As a DevOps engineer, I want Ansible playbooks for Neutron deployment
so that OpenStack has automated network management.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Neutron database and service user configured
• Neutron server deployed on controller node
• ML2 plugin configured with appropriate drivers
• DHCP and L3 agents deployed and configured
• Provider networks created automatically
• Security groups and default rules configured
• Integration with Nova for VM networking verified
• Network connectivity tests pass between VMs
• Floating IP pool configured and tested
