Core Requirements
- Deployment uses 100% open-source distribution (DevStack or MicroStack recommended)
- Installation is fully automated with Ansible playbooks
- Minimal configuration supports basic operations (compute, network, storage)
- TIAM: Dashboard is accessible to all 4 team members
- Resource requirements are compatible with the Ubuntu Mini PC
Learning & Validation
- All team members can successfully launch and access a virtual machine
- Documentation includes clear explanations of each OpenStack component
- Playbooks include comments explaining key deployment steps
- Simple recovery procedure exists for learning through experimentation
- Basic troubleshooting guide is included for common issues
- Documentation should explain how to uninstall and remove the OpenStack 100%
