Podcast Value4Value Boosts and Keysends

phoenixd looks like a great option for podcasters who want to be able to receive lightning payments without fussing with liquidity. Unfortunately our current "boost" ecosystem is based entirely around keysend payments. Is there any hope of keysend support in phoenixd?

I see some mention of it in the context of NWC, but was not clear to me if this was supported by the project itself. There's also an old issue on phoenix where things like LNURL were suggested as a keysend alternative, but unfortunately that does not solve the problem for boosts (without podcasting2.0 standards changes).
