imuGAP direct and indirect outputs #7
Description
The imuGAP function currently returns waaaaaaay too much stuff - need to figure out how to get the right amount of values out for the latent model.
Related: need to provide a translation to provide the relevant outputs (coverage by cohort, age, location [aggregating appropriately?]). Should be able to use generated qs - figure out how to port that to relevant version of obs / obs_populations to generate different quantities than the initially input observations (given they actually could be inferred from the data, i.e. within bounds).
