Re-work view selector display

We have received some feedback (not sure from who) that the view selector is confusing/misleading because you have to hover over each pathogen to get full detail (i.e., projections vs. peak vs. detailed etc. only appears on hover). Need to find a solution that is more intuitive, open to suggestions on what this is.

No thoughts other than current approach is not ideal for discoverability. and that we might want to not add another UI element to an already full view, so we might want to repurpose the target selector to do view and target, but open to other ideas
