Messages bypass /ignore when connecting

When joining the server, a couple messages may get through the built-in /ignore system.

Steps to reproduce:

1. /ignore player
2. Ensure spammer is online and spamming.
3. Connect to the server.
4. One or more messages bypass the filter, but afterwards it's fine.
