SLA metrics

• Need to build an endpoint to easily add metrics for the promethus to show the data as easily on a dashboard like Grafana. Currently, just the latest status endpoint is available on:6868/api/status
• I'll be adding another endpoint for Prometheus as on :6868/metrics for straight data pickup and easy filtering
