Tokenpool downloader fails allows wallet addresses for contract, then errors and doesn't give enough details

To reproduce:

1. Create a nee allowlist in seize.io
2. Add a snapshot with address 0xe686BE113D032931cB664DcB0De80F54bFd9848e.
3. The preanalysis fails with non-explanatory unhandled error which is captured by Sentry.
4. Run analysis fails with better error.

What should happen

The preanalysis should already say what exactly went wrong and this should not be captured by Sentry if it's a user input error.
