Remove excessive `waitForExpecation` timeout values

in ContactParsingTest.swift and CustomizedScripttsTests.swift the timeout was increased to 10s because they frequently failed on CI builds.

This needs to be fixed either as part of a refactor of the Operations, or the wait async tests are written, or the way dependencies are passed in.
