Omega Horizon 3: Implement Stripe Orchestration & Verify First Transaction

To fulfill Omega Horizon 3, the system must transition from a passive showcase to a commercially operational entity.

Requirements:

• Implement Stripe API integration within the consult-api worker or a dedicated commerce node.
• Connect Organ III (Ergon) products to the payment gateway.
• Verify the "First Transaction" milestone by logging a live test payment.
• Update omega.json Criterion chore(deps-dev): bump linkinator from 7.5.3 to 7.6.1 #11 upon successful verification.
